Jerry S. Stern, M.D. was born in New York City, New York. He is a graduate of Rutgers University and New York University School of Medicine. After completing a medical internship and residency at Boston City Hospital, Boston, Massachusetts he went on to complete a fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the Boston VA Medical Center, Boston University School of Medicine. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology and practices with Gastrointestinal Specialists at 189 Quincy Street, Brockton, Mass 02302, 508-588-6700.


Mark L. Finklestein, M.D. was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Harvard College and Yale Medical School. After completion of an internship and medical residency at Boston City Hospital, Boston, Massachusetts he went on to complete a fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Tufts University affiliated hospital program. Howard A. Salomons, M.D. was born in New York City, New York. He is a graduate of Brandeis University and Baylor College of Medicine. After completion of an internship of medical residency at Boston City Hospital, Boston, Massachusetts he went on to complete a fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Boston University Medical Center. Dr. Salomons is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. Kurt A. Slye, M.D. is a graduate of University of Virginia and University of Virginia School of Medicine. After completing a medical internship and residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center he went on to complete a fellowship at Brown University, Rhode Island Hospital in Gastroenterology and Hepatology. Alex A. Teixeira, M.D. was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He graduated from the Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Urena in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. After completing an internship and medical residency at Flushing Medical Center Dr. Teixeira went on to complete a fellowship at the New York Hospital of Queens. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Board Certified in Gastroenterology. Daniela Prodanovic, M.D. was born in Serbia. She is a graduate of the Medical College of NOVI SAD, where she also did postgraduate work in neurobiology. After completion of an internship, medical residency and chief residency at New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens she went on to complete a fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens. Dr. Prodanovic is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Board Certified in Gastroenterology. Andrew D Stone, M.D. is a graduate of Columbia University and received his M.D. degree from University at Buffalo School of Medicine. After completing his internship and residence at Tuft’s New England Medical Center he went on to complete a fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. Lawrence R. Kaplan, M.D., MPA graduated from the University of Minnesota and Albert Einstein College of Medicine. After completing a medical internship residency at Montefiore Hospital in New York City he went on to complete a Gastroenterology and Hepatology fellowship at University of Washington Hospital Seattle. Dr. Kaplan also went on to obtain a Masters in Public Administration at Harvard University. He is Board Certified in Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Internal Medicine and presently in practice with Bridgewater Park Goddard Medical Associates at 110 Liberty Street, Brockton, Mass 02301, 508-894-0400.

Wei-Chin Sung, M.D. is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania and Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Sung completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Boston University Boston City Hospital and residency in Internal Medicine at College of Medicine Jacobi Hospital. She then went on to complete a fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the North Shore University Hospital-Cornell University and Medical College. Dr. Sung is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. Dr. Ahn is a graduate of Gerorge Washington University School of Medicine. Dr, Ahn completed an internship at Oak Naval Hospital and residency in internal medicine at University of California at San Francisco. She the went on to complete a fellowship in Gastroenterology at Boston Medical Center. Dr. Ahn is Board Certified in internal medicine and board eligible in gastroenterology.
