At Commonwealth Endoscopy Center we strive to provide the patient with
the finest outpatient endoscopy care available. As part of this commitment
to quality care, the management of Commonwealth Endoscopy Center has implemented
a Patient Satisfaction Survey. We wish to thank all of the patients who
took the time and effort to fill out and return our lengthy post-visit
questionnaire.
This information is reviewed by our Medical Director and our Quality Improvement
Committee on a regular basis. Our high marks are an indicator of the level
of service we provide our patients. With your input and constructive criticism,
we can continue to work to maintain and exceed the highest industry standards

Post-Procedure Phone Calls
Our doctors just want to be sure that all went well during your visit
to Commonwealth Endoscopy Center. We also want to be sure that you have
experienced no problems after your procedure. Actually, such problems
are quite uncommon, but to be sure that our patient recovery process is
smooth, we will call and check up on each patient the next day.
Every day, we call all patients that were seen the previous day at Commonwealth
Endoscopy Center to check on their condition. Our staff is trained to
ask a few questions about the experience at our Center and to inquire
if any problems occurred afterwards. If the patient has a problem or question,
our staff contacts the physician and asks him to contact the patient directly.
All information is kept in a confidential computer data base for review
by our quality assurance committee, so we may continually improve our
policies and procedures. Pardon the phone call, but we want to make your
